How Our Monthly Subscriptions Work

A monthly escape for your home, with the scents chosen for you. Our UK-made wax melt subscriptions pair fragrances curated by Pollard’s Collective with travel-inspired touches. Choose your subscription size, and let us take care of the fragrance selection.

All three plans are recurring monthly subscriptions, not one-off discovery boxes.

How it works

  1. Choose your plan. Pick smaller melts, full-size snapbars or full-size snapbars with a bonus scent and extra touches.
  2. We curate your fragrances. Pollard’s Collective chooses the scents for your monthly delivery. Subscribers do not need to select them.
  3. Payment is processed automatically on the 1st of each month. Your subscription is dispatched two weeks after payment. This is the shipping date, not the delivery date.

When is payment taken?

Your subscription payment is processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

When will my subscription be shipped?

Your monthly subscription is dispatched two weeks after payment. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

Do I choose the fragrances?

No. We curate the scents for your monthly subscription. Choose the plan that suits you, rather than selecting individual fragrances.

What is the difference between the plans?

The Day Tripper includes four smaller melts totalling 60g. The Frequent Flyer includes four full-size snapbars totalling 200g. The First Class Suite includes four full-size snapbars plus a bonus-scent melt, totalling 215g, with additional extras and priority packing.

Is this a one-off purchase?

No. These three plans are recurring monthly subscription services.
